Dear Arden Friends,
This is sad news that I send you today. Carmen Silliman's husband, Chuck, died yesterday from cancer. Carmen was the WVDAR State Regent two terms, six years, ago. I had the pleasure of working very closely with Carmen as I served as her Corresponding Secretary during her administration. What a wonderful Lady! I know that she and her family will appreciate your prayers.
